8. Cross-Border Transfers of Personal Information
If your vehicle breaks down near South African borders or requires assistance while operating within the Southern African Development Community (SADC) region (including but not limited to Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, and Mozambique), we may need to transfer your driver's contact details, vehicle specifications, and GPS location to cross-border roadside assistance networks.
In accordance with Section 72 of POPIA, we will only transfer this personal information if:

Cross Border Breakdowns
By requesting cross border services, the Client explicitly consents to processing the personal, vehicle, and location data provided in this form to facilitate breakdown assistance.
